Habitat Lake County provides a 0% interest mortgage with a term adjusted to make monthly payments affordable for families. We work with every homebuyer to ensure they understand their mortgage forms, can access down payment assistance, and answer any questions about their closing. Habitat Lake County homebuyers contribute at least 500 hours of sweat equity as they prepare to purchase their homes.
